Reconditioning of the Milking Machine

Inspection of every component; Replacement of Worn Parts;  System Cleaning & Sanitation; Re- painting if it's needed; Vacuum System Assessment: The vacuum pump and regulator are inspected and repaired to guarantee stable vacuum levels. Air lines are cleaned to ensure proper function, etc.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs and the cost of any replacement parts needed during the reconditioning process.

Once we receive and inspect your machine, we will identify any parts that require replacement and advise you of the additional costs before proceeding

IMPORTANT: Packing Instructions for Machine Reconditioning

To help ensure your milking machine arrives safely for reconditioning, please pack it carefully and securely. Damage caused during shipping is the customer’s responsibility, so proper packaging is very important.

Please follow these instructions:

- Use a heavy-duty, double-wall corrugated box that is strong enough to support the weight of the machine.

- The bottom of the box must have firm, rigid support. A piece of plywood can be placed inside the bottom of the box to provide additional support.

- Secure the machine to the plywood through the holes in the motor strap. This will help prevent the machine from shifting or tipping during transportation.

- Place sufficient cushioning material around the machine to protect it from impacts.

- Make sure the machine cannot move inside the box or contact the sides of the box during shipping.

- Protect any protruding parts, connections, or controls with additional padding.

-Ensure that nothing is pressing on the pressure gauge.

- Fill all empty spaces with appropriate packing material so the machine remains securely in place.

- Close and seal the box securely with strong packing tape, reinforcing the bottom and all seams.

- Before shipping, gently shake the box to make sure the machine is securely held in place and nothing is moving inside.

Please do not ship the machine in a thin, weak, or damaged box. A properly packed machine is much less likely to be damaged during transportation.

If you are unsure how to pack your machine, please contact us before shipping. We would rather help you pack it correctly than have the machine arrive damaged and require additional repairs.

Please note: Hoegger Milking Systems is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping due to inadequate or improper packaging.

For an additional cost, we can ship you a heavy-duty double-wall box, plywood support, and packing instructions specifically for safely shipping your milking machine to us for reconditioning.

You can select this option when paying for your machine reconditioning.

We recommend this option if you are unsure how to properly package the machine for shipment to us.
