I love my milking machine and the personal attention I get from Joe if I have a question. Thanks again!

I purchased a Hoegger Milking Machine 4 years ago to milk my herd of Nigerian Dwarves. I love it. I have the belly-pail system and it is easy to clean. Any question I had about its operation were answered by Joey

I have had my milking machine for 5 years. Great running machine. Sometimes I still hand milk but mostly use my machine. One of the best gifts I have gotten myself and the Homestead. :) :) :)

I purchased my machine in 2011. At the end of my last milking season it started to act up. Made a call to Joe, who gave me a few pointers on it. I did exactly what he said. Started working like the day I bought it. Plan to us it for many more years!

Each component of our system is carefully selected and engineered to create the most efficient & maintenance-free machine possible.

The Belly Pail

The new 8 quart pail and integrated lid are unique to this system. The inflation stems are welded onto the lid, eliminating the need for a claw or milk lines, which in turn removes the risk of claw flooding which can lead to mastitis. Milk is extracted directly into the pail through the inflations. This unique feature of decreasing the amount of surface area that milk comes in contact with substantially reduces not only the amount of contaminate exposure, but also the preparation and clean up time. A sanitary swivel on the back of the lid allows for easy maneuvering of the pail system and its size allows for quick and easy cleaning in dishwashers.

Note - The belly pail can also be incorporated into other portable systems to make them more efficient.

35 lb. Pail

The 35 lb. pail has a capacity of 4.4 gallons, making possible to milk more animals before emptying, yet is still small enough to be quite handleable. We use positive shut-off-claws to make the attachment to the animal as efficient as possible.

The Pulsator

While other portable units use large floor pails with vacuum actuated pulsators on the lid, our system employs an electronically actuated pulsator built into the machine. This substantially diminishes the amount of residual moisture in the pulsator and helps to make it the easiest-to-maintain pulsator on the market.

Vacuum Source

Our compact system is engineered with a smaller vacuum pump making it extremely quiet and very portable. We use world renowned Gast rotary vane non-lubricated pumps for ease of maintenance, dependability, and longevity.

Frame

We use 304 stainless steel tubing in the creation of our frame, virtually eliminating the possibility of rust and corrosion while maintaining a light weight construction.
