RETURN POLICY

1. Overview

At Hoegger Milking Systems, we want you to be confident in your milking equipment

purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it under

the terms below.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Item must be:

    -Clean, unused, and in likenew condition.

    -In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included.

    -Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

    -Returns received without prior authorization or outside the 30day window may be refused.

3. NonReturnable Items

For safety, hygiene, regulatory and manufacturing reasons, the following items are not returnable once opened or used:

  • Inflation, Shells, Hoses or gaskets that have come in contact with milk or cleaning products

  • Custombuilt systems or specialorder parts.

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

If a nonreturnable item arrives damaged or defective, see the “Damaged or Defective Items” section below.

4. How to Request a Return (RMA)

2. Provide:

  • Name, order number, and date of purchase.

  • Item(s) you wish to return.

  • Photos if necessary

  • Reason for the return (ordered wrong item, no longer needed, etc.).

3. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise

Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA may be refused.

5. Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  •  Use a trackable, insured shipping service; we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Pack equipment securely in original packing to prevent damage in transit.

Damage due to poor packing may reduce or void your refund.

6. Inspection and Restocking Fees

  •  All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

  •  If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  •  A restocking fee of [10–25%] of the product price may apply to:

  •  Milking machines and large equipment.

  •  Items requiring extensive inspection, testing, or cleaning.

 We may reduce or deny the refund if:

  • Parts are missing.

  • The item is dirty, used, or damaged.

  • The product is not in saleable condition.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and report any visible shipping damage within 2 business days.

 If your product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us immediately at joey@hoeggermilkingsystem.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible.

  • We will determine whether to repair, replace, or refund the item.
